Our worry free returns policy makes online shopping a breeze. If you change your mind, or the product is not quite right for you in any way, simply return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Conditions apply.
1.You must commence your return procedure within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
2. All packaging including swing tags must be included with the return, in the same state that they were shipped in. Torn packaging, or items without swing tags will not be refunded and will be returned to sender.
3. Items must be new and not used to receive a refund for 'change of mind'.
4. The cost of postage to return any item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.

6. All customers are covered under Australian Consumer Law for any type of return or refund for warranty purpose, providing it meets the criteria.
