How do I make a warranty claim?


If you have a bag or luggage product and you wish to make a warranty claim, please email support@mwdirect.com.au and explain your issue to us. We will then respond and advise the best course of action for you. In most cases, you can simply return an item to the place of purchase, along with your receipt for warranty support.




Where can I buy your products from?


We have so many different categories of products from computer bags, to luggage, camera bags and even TV cables. If you can't find what you're after in stores, please email support@mwdirect.com.au and tell us what it is that you want and where you live and we can direct you to your nearest retailer.
